It is not JUST one staff!
Read thoroughly below if your activity has been low.
This is to any and all staff who are having issues with activity, in any way, shape, or form.This is crucial.
Please realize that you are at high risk of demotion if you are inactive for a week or more. Beforehand, it will be brought up with you personally and we will ask why you've been so inactive. If you have valid reasons and have understanding from myself, you are safe from the demotion. If not, you must up your activity or else you will be removed from your rank. This refers to medicine cats, plot characters, deputies, and even leaders. You are part of the staff team, we expect you to work with us and be active with us. The roleplay can't be active if the staff themselves won't come back.
So please. If you hold a high rank and know you have not been very active, I'd like you to send me a message explaining your inactivity. Negligence to check the site as well and ensure you see this thread gives me more clues saying that the rank must be given to another, instead of being held by someone that hasn't been around.
Expected activity from each rank are as follows:
Leader 10/10
Deputy 9/10
Medicine Cat 7/10
If you are not following up to the expectations, I cannot repeat it or stress it enough. Please step down or allow me to demote you so we can get somebody who will be more active. This is not something personal against any of you, as I know sometimes home issues can make it so that you are unable to be as active as you would like to be. That's completely understandable, I am not saying it's invalid.
